JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raushanganj (Banke Bazar) P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 34 of Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is of recovery of one stolen motorcycle from the house of the petitioner and further petitioner is an accused in one more case.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is he has falsely been made accused in this case and recovery is made from the joint house of the petitioner and after arrest in this case, he has been made accused in one more case and he has been in judicial custody since 01.07.2018.

No.60375 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 Having heard both sides, considering the fact and circumstances of the case and also the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. However, once the charge is framed or petitioner completes six months in judicial custody, the Trial Court shall release the petitioner on bail to his own satisfaction.
