The petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 98 of 2019 arising out of Danapaur P.S. Case No. 633 of 2019, registered under Sections 8/20(b)(II)(B), 22, 23 and 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 1 K.G. Ganja from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who is lady, has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.08.2019. Further submission is that the seized Ganja of 1 K.G. will come within the purview of small quantify, which was recovered from the joint house of the petitioner.
