2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case (POCSO) No. 259/2023 arising out of Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 637 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 354B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the neighbour of the victim and he has molested her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 02.10.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Patna in Special Case (POCSO) No. 259/2023 arising out of Buddha Colony P.S.
