Petitioners are accused in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is specific allegation against named co-accused. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 09.07.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62179 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017.
