Petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. Case No.200 of 2018, registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The gist of the allegation is that father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter Suman Kumari was married to Satrudhan Ram in the month of May, 2016 but his daughter was done to death by her husband and other in-laws. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased and the petitioner has no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased. The petitioner informed the father of the deceased about the fact that deceased herself committed suicide.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61494 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.200 of 2018.
