Learned counsel submits that during pendency of the present writ petition, the sole petitioner died leaving behind his heirs and legal representatives whose details are mentioned in the paragraph 3 of the present I.A. As such, he submits that the name of the petitioner may be substituted and at his place, the name of his heirs and legal representatives may be inserted.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection in allowing the same.

4. As such, the present I.A. No.1 of 2026 is hereby allowed.

5. Office is directed to substitute the name of the petitioner and at his place, insert the name of his heirs and legal representatives, which is mentioned in the paragraph 3 of the present I.A. Office is also directed to insert the name of his heirs and legal representatives in the title page also. CWJC No. 564 of 2025

7. Learned counsel submits that the present writ petition has been filed with limited prayer commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the memorandum of appeal filed by the original petitioner through online mode on which, up till now, the appeal number has been given and no action has been taken according to him.

8. Counsel for State, on the other hand, submits that a counter affidavit has been filed in which the specific pleading of respondent no. 2 on the memorandum of appeal has been disposed of and the order vide Memo No.28, dated 28.02.2025 is annexed as Annexure- 'O'.

9. In this background, it transpires to this Court that the grievance for which the present writ petition was filed, has already been fulfilled. Hence, the present writ petition is hereby

10. It is made clear to the Office that the publication of order shall be made only after complying the direction given by this Court in the present I.A.
