JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-10-2021 Mr. Vinay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to seek his remedies, if any, available to him before the Statutory Authority under the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.

Ms. Asha Kumari, learned APP for the State is present and has no objection to the same.

In the circumstances stated above, the application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If any such remedy is applied for before the Statutory Authority within a period of 30 days from today, the same will be considered on its own merit keeping in view that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court firstly by filing a criminal writ petition and then by filing the present application perhaps under a wrong legal advice. The application stands disposed of.
