2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sherghati ( Dobhi) P.S.Case No. 959 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. One Mukesh Kumar Keshri is said to have assaulted the informant's husband due to which he sustained multiple injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2023.The petitioner has clean antecedent.
