This criminal writ application has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to make proper investigation of Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No.368 of 2024. 3.
The grievance of the petitioner is that his side of story is not being investigated and the CCTV footage produced by him is also not being accepted by the Police. 4.
This criminal writ application is disposed of with direction that if any application is filed by the relative of
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.23 of 2025(2) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 the petitioner along with the CCTV footage, the same shall be examined by the Investigating Officer of the case and he shall take note of the same during investigation of Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No.368 of 2024.
