No. 8353/2018, by which petitioner has been granted provisional anticipatory bail for a period of six months in connection with Sakurabad P.S. Case No. 77/2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has not deposited the aforesaid amount in time and seeks further time to deposit the same.

This Court does not feel necessity to modify the aforesaid order dated 28.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8353/2018.
