Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 404,411,413,414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused-Jatan Yadav. No incriminating article was recovered from possession of the petitioner rather recovery of stolen mobile phones are alleged from Jatan Yadav.

Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
