2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 543 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(3), 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim with an iron rod. He is in custody since 31.08.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8965 of 2025(6) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 543 of 2021.
