Petitioner is accused in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 291 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Only on the basis of suspicion, he has been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2018, having no criminal antecedent.
