2. The petitioner seeks bail in Jhajha P.S. Case No. 277 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 147, 323, 324, 395, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. For the same occurrence, one more F.I.R. was lodged, vide Jhajha P.S. Case No. 246 of 2014, which was lodged by socalled victim Bhagwat Yadav, and in the said case, petitioner has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. He further submits that co-accused Arvind Yadav, having similar accusation, has also been enlarged on bail by this Court, vide order dated 06.12.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 53694 of 2024 (Annexure P/3). Petitioner has been remanded in the present case on 01.08.2024.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific allegation that he alongwith others brutally assaulted wife and son of informant, looted splendor motorcycle of informant and kidnapped neighbour of informant namely Bhagwat, but due to arrival of police, he was released from clutches of accused persons. Besides this, petitioner has got 22 criminal antecedent, out of which, some are of similar nature.
5. Considering the same, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
