1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that the present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for a direction upon the authorities to declare the results of the examination, held in pursuance of the Adv. No. ESTB/2148/2022, for the engagement of Guest faculty, in different subjects against vacant post in the constituent colleges under the Munger University. The learned counsel for the university next submits that he has instructions of the Registrar of the university to make submission that results have already been published and the successful candidates have already been appointed as Guest faculty in different colleges.

3. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application.
