JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 This writ application has been filed seeking direction to the respondent University to hold M.Sc. IIIrd and IVth Semester Examination of session 2013-15.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University making following statements in paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit :- "9. That in view of the aforesaid facts it is submitted that the examination for the second semester will be conducted and after the publication of the result the examinations for third and the fourth semester will be conducted accordingly. The above mentioned examinations are expected to be conducted within the period January to June 2019 and accordingly the case of the petitioner will also be

In view of the statements so made on behalf of the University, it is directed that IIIrd Semester Examination of the session must be held by June, 2019, failing which the Court may take serious note of the matter.
