2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126, 115, 109, 118, 351, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The prosecution case in brief is that petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Aditya Kumar with gadasi on his hand due to which his finger got fractured.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Case and counter case between both the parties. There is no allegation of repeated blow. Both the parties are gotias. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and petitioner claims clean antecedent, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest /surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court of Addl. Session JudgeXIV, Gopalganj in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
