The petitioner seeks bail in Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 102/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner was apprehended with a motorcycle. He could not produce any paper with regard to aforesaid motorcycle. It is further alleged that before police petitioner has confessed that the aforesaid motorcycle is stolen one.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that seizure-list is part of F.I.R., wherein it is mentioned that seizure has been made from near St. Xevier School. Seizure-list does not

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M./Incharge Successor Court, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Harlakhi P.S.
