2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 304 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(9) of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of showing illegal arms by making you tube videos to terrorize the locals of the society and for demanding extortion from them.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
