2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 324(4), 352 and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while informant was returning to his house after marketing, in the meantime co-accused Raja Kumar along with 8-10 persons having armed with iron rod and stick intercepted informant and subjected him to assault and when brother of informant came to rescue then all the accused persons also assaulted him.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the FIR. Their name have come during course of investigation. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the bail application.
6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Nawada, in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 491 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
