JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 This case has come up under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the 4th paragraph of the order No. 2 dated 12.10.2018, inadvertently, the petitioner has been directed to surrender before the court below whereas the petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2018. Therefore, the 4th paragraph of the order No. 2 dated 12.10.2018 is modified to the extent that petitioner will file an Affidavit in the court below that he will keep his wife and children with full dignity and care and in that event, the court below will release the petitioner on provisional bail for six months as ordered

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63758 of 2018 (3) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 in the order No. 2 dated 12.10.2018. Rest part of the order will remain same.
