2. The petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.871 of 2025, dated 22.11.2025 registered for the offences under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. According to the FIR, the petitioner was arrested while manufacturing country-made liquor, and 90 liters of illicit liquor were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. No recovery has been made from the petitioner or from her constructive possession. The petitioner has been in judicial custody since

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, and taking into consideration the period of judicial custody of the petitioner, accordingly, this Court is inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra/ Successor Court, in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.871 of 2025.
