Mr.Nirmal Kumar Sinha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No.336 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was arrested from the hotel along with several other accused persons. There is allegation that in connivance with others they get the vehicle passed to the check post.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for more than two months. Other accused persons having similar allegation have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.80288 of 2019 and vide order dated 13.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.82761 of 2019.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Bhabua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No.336 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
