Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.411 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 15 litres Nepali Saufi liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 20.08.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62595 of 2018 (2) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Excise Case No.411 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
