2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 438 of 2024, a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 20 litres of illicit country made liquor has been recovered from Toto.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is the registered owner of the seized Toto. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that petitioner is

6. Considering the aforesaid fact of the case and also alleged recovery is made from the Toto and petitioner is owner of the said Toto, this pre-arrest bail petition is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Ranjeet/- U T
