ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 31-01-2026 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has given a representation dated 03.12.2025 (Annexure-P/4) before the respondent No. 2 herein (i.e., the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram) ventilating his grievance and the representation No. 4 herein (ie., the Managing Director, BSFC,) has written a letter to the District Magistrate to consider the representation made by the petitioner vide letter dated 17.01.2026 bearing Memo No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20164 of 2025(2) dt.31-01-2026 2/2 02:15:05(अधध0)2025-26. Learned counsel submits that the respondent No. 2 may be directed to pass necessary orders by fixing a time-frame.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State submits that they have no objection if a direction is given to the respondent No. 2 to pass necessary orders on the representation made by the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2025 and take necessary actions strictly in accordance with law duly taking into consideration the above mentioned letter issued by the respondent No. 4 herein. The authority shall endeavor to redress the grievance of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the parties.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
