Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 49 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the father of victim who has stated in his written report that in his absence his daughter eloped with the son of the petitioner along with cash and ornaments. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been committed no offence. There is delay in instituting the F.I.R. and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
