The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No.64 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 384, 324, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation made in the first information report against the petitioner that he not only assaulted the informant, but disrobed her also, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
