The petitioner is accused in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.68 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of several bottles Indian made foreign liquor in volume of 390.960 litre from the house of petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not apprehended on spot and he is in custody since 19.09.2019 on surrender before the court below. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
