2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Magadh Medical PS Case No. 138 of 2018 dated 13.06.2018 instituted under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioners is that while working as security guard they had stolen four Halogen Lights.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they have no criminal antecedent and were working without any complaint as security guards and only because of non-payment of their wages, when they raised a demand, a patently false FIR has

It was submitted that for only four Halogen Lights, whose worth would be very meager, the petitioners could not have taken the risk of harm to their career by indulging in such an act, which apparently is unbelievable and clearly for oblique reasons.

5. Learned APP submitted that the allegation against the petitioners is of stealing four Halogen Lights.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV Gaya, in Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 138 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

7. The application stands disposed off.
