Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C (a copy at Annexure-2) would reveal that she has not alleged anything against the petitioner rather stated that the petitioner had helped her to bring back to the home. Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court
