2. The instant application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 04.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50666 of 2025, by which while extending the privilege for anticipatory bail, the petitioner was directed to furnish bail bond, preferably within a period of four weeks. However, it has been apprised to this Court that the order could not be communicated well within the time and, as such, the petitioner has been deprived from furnishing bail bond.

3. In view of the submissions advanced by the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the averments made in the modification application, the same stands allowed.

4. The period for furnishing bail bond is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

5. The order dated 04.11.2025 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
