The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273/414 of the 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather 596.25 litres of IMFL has been recovered from the car. He submits that the petitioner is the driver of the said car, bears no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 29.05.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, on deposit of Rs. 20,000/-/- in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social

No.82223 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Welfare Department, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur Police Station Case No. 641 of 2019.
