JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners no. 1 and 2 are brothers-in-law whereas petitioner no. 3 is mother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioners are in jail custody since 26.08.2018 on the charges that they committed dowry death of the deceased. However, first information report reflects that it was husband of the deceased who made demand and threatened the deceased to kill.

No.66719 of 2018(2) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017.
