The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 363, 365 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the daughter of the informant having been allured and taken away by the coaccused person, namely, Rajdeo Kumar. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father of the said Rajdeo Kumar and has got no complicity in the matter. It is further submitted that the mother of the said Rajdeo Kumar has already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82074 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 order dated 15.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 69594 of 2019. The petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019 subject to the conditions as stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
