2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 21(a), 22, 23(a) of the NDPS Act and Sections 25(1-B)A, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegedly, 40 grams brown sugar, one countrymade pistol with empty magazine, two electronic weighing machines and mobile phone were recovered from the house of the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner is a newly married lady and was not aware with the affairs of the family members. She is a person of clean antecedent and is under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89612 of 2024(2) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 custody since 13.11.2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
