The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No.131 of 2017 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in which specific allegation has been levelled against co-accused Dipu Kumar, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pakaridayal
