2. Petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Aurangabad Excise P.S. Case No. 1111 of 2025 dated 12.10.2025 registered for the offences under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.
3. As per FIR, 250 liters of illicit liquor is said to have been recovered from the Santro Car.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is driver of Santro Car bearing Registration No. BR2N-4534 and he did not have knowledge of the illicit liquor kept within the said car and on the basis of recovery so made, the petitioner is apprehended. The petitioner has been in judicial custody since 12.09.2025. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and the petitioner is a

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties and taking into consideration the period of custody of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise Court No. 2, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Excise P.S.
