2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 286 of 2025 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 119(1), 329(3), 303(2), 351(2), 352, 74, 76, 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with others is alleged to have assaulted the victim due to land dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that father of the petitioner having similar allegations has been granted anticipatory bail. Petitioner

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

8. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, East Champaran will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, East Chamaparan through FAX or e-mail for its compliance.
