ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2019 in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No.23 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 302/201/34 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in no way connected with the occurrence but only on suspicion, the petitioner has been drawn into the present prosecution. It is further submitted that a similarly situated coaccused Dudheshwar Choudhary has since been extended the privilege of regular bail in Cr.Misc. No.41925 of 2019 vide order dated 11.07.2019.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no antecedents, let

No.84693 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Vibha Rani, J.M. 2nd, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No.23 of 2019.
