Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ishuapur P.S. Case No.127 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341,323,324,325,338,307,302 of IPC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus and no specific allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the informant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the materials available on record and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court does not find it to be a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner.
