JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 558/2019 arising out of Saran at Chapra Complaint Case No. 1403 of 2008, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 427, 323, 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of setting the house of informant on fire. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that allegation is false and concocted and he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 18.09.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7357 of 2020(3) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 558/2019 arising out of Saran at Chapra Complaint Case No. 1403 of 2008, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
