Petitioner is an accused in connection with POCSO Case No. 70 of 2019 arising out of Kargahar (Barahari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 376, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged after five days of the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that the medical report does not indicate any external injury in any part of the body including the private parts.

P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019.
