The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buxar Rail P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding recovery of one stolen mobile from the petitioner which is alleged to have been stolen from the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.06.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on
