2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 188, 290, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-B)(a), 26(2), 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The informant, who is S.H.O. of Parbatta Police Station, alleged that he received a viral video on whatsapp showing two miscreants flouting country-made pistol and abusing and threatening the police administration as also certain communities and upon interrogation, it was found that the alleged video was prepared by the mobile of this petitioner whereas arms & ammunition were recovered from the house of co-accused Shivam Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
