Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4359 of 2020(3) dt 30-06-2020 2/3 such, the application against them is dismissed as infructuous. Accordingly, the application as against petitioner nos. 7, 9 and 10 is dismissed as infructuous.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with (Dobhi) Sherghati P.S. Case No. 443 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 427, 337, 338 and 153(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the case has been compromised between the parties. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner nos, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bail bonds to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with (Dobhi) Sherghati P.S. Case No. 443 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid
