Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that petitioner along with other co-accused stole his truck.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. He is not named in FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been made. He is in custody since 13.08.2018.

Case No. 22 of 2018.
