The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Baniapur P.S.Case No. 309 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner repeatedly assaulted the informant with knife and the corroborative injury report, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. The application for pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) pradeep/sneha U T
