2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2018 .

3 . As per prosecution case , 159 litres of illegal Wiscop Cough Syrup, 24.300 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the rented house this petitioner.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and he is not connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5 . On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and huge quantity of liquor that has been recovered, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
