====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The following relief has been sought for by the petitioner in the present case.

"1. For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus direction to the respondents concerned to remove illegal encroachment from public road crossing through Gandhi Chauk to Chapra Garkha Main Road situated at Mohalla- Gandhi Chauk, Chhota Telpa, Police Line, Police Station-Chapra, District-Saran, encroached by respondent no. 6 by constructing boundary wall of Police Hawaldar Quarter upon public road due to which the way of the petitioner's house and houses of other 40 family about have

The petitioner had filed three representations dated 01.10.2018, 03.10.2018 and 04.10.2018 before District Magistrate, Circle Officer, Sadar and Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Saran at Chapra respectively vide Annexures-4 series to the present writ application for redressal of her grievance. The representation dated 01.10.2018 filed before District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra is still pending for its disposal.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the respondent no. 4, District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra is directed to consider the representation dated 01.10.2018 filed on behalf of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
